At only £3 entrance a great museum packed with information and lots of planes. A lovely place to keep dry. It can get a bit chilly in there but adds to the authenticity. Also visit the hurricane... more »

Such a hidden gem of a museum! Having visited the museum next door, I didn’t realise this one existed. So worth a visit the displays are good and lots of aircraft inside and out to look at. more »

Lovely little museum, very interesting. I found the cafe, attached to the museum not so good unfortunately, not due to the staff who were lovely, but due to the heat of the place. ...couldn't eat all my food because the heat inside was so bad.; perhaps the owners could invest in a air con unit or a load of fans, would make it much more customer friendly. (All the outside benches with brollies were taken)

Took my Great Nephew here on Wednesday. He loved it ( he's 5). Lots to see and learn for all ages. Had a sandwich in the cafe which was ok but we had to sit outside and it was so windy my salad blew off my plate! Perhaps a hedge or fence to act as a bit of a windbreak might be an idea?
