  • An awesome unique museum inside a magnificent 1933 Art Deco building and working Freemasons' Hall. It works to dispel common myths about Freemasonry and perhaps get new people interested, although there's no denying that it's all a little strange. The vast collection is fascinating, odd, and beautiful in equal measures. The volunteers are friendly and the explained history informative, if not a little challenging. You may walk away with more questions than answers.
  • The museum is a definite must visit. It’s just phenomenal. Would have preferred a different tour guide. Our guide was much more interested in being condescending than actually providing any real information about Masonry. He encouraged all to ask questions and then proceeded to mock those that did ask questions and didn’t really answer anyone’s questions. He bullied the one woman in our group because she didn’t know anything about Masons. It was uncomfortable to see him put her on the spot. I was fortunate enough to have some information prior to the tour so I was safe and he left me alone. Isn’t the reason people take a tour is to be educated and not ridiculed?? The Masons are an excellent organization and this guide did not encourage people to learn more and to fight off the existing prejudices and misinformation swirling around about their meetings.
