  • Some staffs do not treat each customer in the same way. I took my family for fun swimming. Initially, I was told by a member of staff that there is no more space available at the swimming pool until 3...  more »
  • I am usually with east ham leisure center, so i found this as less crowded. Locker facility is excellent. But i found swimming pool was not that clean.  more »

  • Nice place to work your body out. Large exercise gym with all the latest equipments. Multiple studios for group exercises. Large screens for cycling training. 2 swimming pools - 1 for teaching, 1 for general swimming. Both pools are temperature controlled. Swimming teachers available for group teaching or 1-2-1 sessions. Spacious and clean changing rooms with number of lockers to store your valuables, while you are sweating around. Multiple combo packages to choose from, based on your need. They also offer some Discounts from time to time, so keep watching for a good deal!!!
  • I used to be a regular user of the swimming pool, which is really nice and clean and the facilities are really good. However there have since been regular closures of the pool “to clean the pool” (it’s sometimes closed every hour or so). What’s really annoying is that the pool closures are not advertised so it’s only after you BUY your ticket from the machine that you find out you can’t use the pool and you CANNOT get a refund. They just give you a voucher to come another time/ day. The staff will do anything to avoid eye contact and not speak to you, even if you are standing right in front of them. I once had a male staff member completely blank me and then shout at me across the lobby to speak to someone else. When I told him that it’s rude to ignore customers he flipped and started shouting at me in front of two female staff members who just stood there. It was really scary and I haven’t been back since. I especially wouldn’t be comfortable taking my children there. The lifeguards also talk to each other across the pool about their personal lives instead of actually paying attention to the swimmers. Customer Service is much needed!
