An urban retreat in the heart of London and Amsterdam, Akasha pioneers a new concept and holistic approach to wellbeing.

Hotel guests, visitors and members are invited on a guided journey to promote their health, happiness and fulfilment while improving personal balance.

The name Akasha reflects a core vision to harmoniously unite the four basic ingredients of nature; earth, water, fire and air. The combination enables a transformational experience, body, mind and soul are aligned as these natural elements are perfectly balanced. Earth offers nourishment in our bar, water flows through our spa, fire blazes across our gym and air breezes through our meditation space.

  • Amazing time at this spa, wish I got there earlier and spent more time :) I was scheduled to do the Thai massage, but I wasn’t advised that I needed to have loose fitting clothing for it, so the massage was switched to a half Swedish half Thai massage. I want to give a special thanks to Coralie Biseuzl, my therapist who was just brilliant. She managed to switch the massage at the last moment and was fantastic with everything. I highly recommend her. Thanks again Coralie! Alex
  • Thank you Akasha at the Cafe Royal for offering the magic of Steve Karle’s unparalleled work through his poetry in water. I went through about thirty hours of mind blowing sessions - well worth the many flight hours from New York to London - and embarked on a very special journey each time. Steve, in his very gentle manner, guided me into a total breakthrough, opening up a new chapter in my life.
