Great for kids of all ages. Animals look very well cared for. Great indoor soft play with cafe so you can watch the kids. Food very reasonably priced. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Animal talks and opportunities to pet some animals during the day. Great day out. Would definitely recommend membership if you live near by and have children.

Superb place to visit for the little people! An absolute delight to see and touch a lot of animals. It's a clean, safe environment and all the staff interact in a friendly informative manner. Only point to be mindful of is that everything is rather expensive. Best to go during term time, after school, even though the duration of time to do everything is limited.
