  • The Frenchman's Creek Walk is a short but very great circular hiking trail. The starting/end point is the car park above the city (Ferry Car Park). You walk through forests, villages and along rivers - we walked comfortably and took about 1.5h hours. Solid footwear advisable, as the paths could be a bit muddy after a rain. The trail is also described/recommended in the Dumont travel guide.

  • Thickly overgrow, with clear paths. May be muddy and slippery after rain. Very easy to imagine that this could be a good place for smugglers to bring in their contraband.  more »
