Hastings Fishermen's Museum, Hastings

Hastings Fishermen's Museum resides in the original “Fisherman’s Church” of Hastings--the town changed it in the 1950s to commemorate the long maritime history of the area. Nestled inside the simple mission church, the museum is filled with photos and artifacts of the sea, including shells, nets, and life-size boat models. Stop and watch the video about the trials and dangers of the fisherman’s life. The small museum is volunteer-run, free, and built entirely on the pride of the town’s seafaring history. To plan Hastings vacation without wasting time, ask Inspirock to design an itinerary.
