    Very small but perfectly formed little church with an interesting past. It must have provided a very important service in days gone buy when this was a busy port full of all nationalities.  more »

    A delightful church, in this sea of redevelopment, reminding us of organisations which care for the spiritual needs of the seamen and providing a spiritual anchor to the Docks.  more »

    Gloucester Docks have been restored in a very sympathetic way. Many of the old warehouses have been rejuvenated into a new life as flats. An area that was in decline 15 years ago is now a 'go to venue'. Much of Gloucester was destroyed by the Luftwaffe but the planners of the 60's did even more damage. Recently they have made up a little for their sins.
