  • Fantastic couple of hours. All the volunteers are super friendly and very knowledgeable. There's a lot to take in and it was a great experience sitting in the cockpits. There's a nice cafe and a picnic area with a view of the airfield where the kids loved seeing a couple of planes and a helicopter land. Amazingly, it's free. There are points to drop cash donations but there's no pressure to donate if you're unable to. People have clearly worked very hard on a museum for everyone to enjoy and I recommend it. Will be interesting to go back soon and see what's been added.
  • This is a fab little museum with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The volunteers couldn’t do more for myself and my disabled wife. They were so interactive and friendly towards my 2 year old and they added to our visit with their enthusiasm and passion for the aircraft they look after. Sitting in the cockpit of the Vulcan was a major highlight for me and is a tick off my bucket list. Very educational and engaging! Will be back!!
