Sheffield Pike (possibly meaning "the peak above the sheep fold") is a fell in the English Lake District, a prominent intermediate top on one of the eastern ridges of Stybarrow Dodd. It separates and stands high above the Glencoyne and Glenridding valleys, on the eastern side of the Helvellyn range in the Eastern Fells and it looks down onto Ullswater.

  • OK, so first of all when the weather is that good then you can walk anywhere in the Lakes and have a worldy of a day. We were staying at the YHA at Helvellyn so opted for the route up through the old....  more »
  • I walked up the old coach path from Glencoyne, past the back of the cottages at Seldom Seen, then followed the path to Nick Head before bearing up to the cairn at the summit. Very windy but the dogs....  more »
