  • Wonderful house and gardens. All the staff were really friendly and polite and full of facts and recommendations. The elderly lady upstairs was amazing, she was very knowledgeable and a joy to listen to. I highly recommend a visit here. My highlight was the greenhouse and garden area. 5 stars!
  • I visited with a friend around Easter time so the gardens were less developed. Some staff more knowledgeable than others in the garden area but helpful In pointing you to someone who knows more. The staff inside were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We were given lots of snippets of information. The house is beautiful and has room with a short documentary presentation running so good for children and adults alike. The cafe was nice although service a little slow. Toilets were clean. A great place for all ages to visit.
