Castle Tioram () (Scottish Gaelic: Caisteal Tioram, meaning "dry castle") is a ruined castle that sits on the tidal island Eilean Tioram in Loch Moidart, Lochaber, Highland, Scotland. It is located west of Acharacle, approximately 80 km (50 mi) from Fort William. Though hidden from the sea, the castle controls access to Loch Shiel. It is also known to the locals as "Dorlin Castle". The castle is a scheduled monument.

This is one of my favourite spots on the Ardnamurchan peninsula. The castle itself it quite small and dates back to the 12-13th century and was the seat of the Clanranald branch of Clan Donald.Great..... more »

Car park just 5mins walk up the path/beach to cross over. Children loved it. Cut off at very high tide it seems, so can access most of the time. more »

Stunningly beautiful with barely a soul there in the height of Summer. Probably due to not being many signs or adverts. Perfect for peace in outstanding scenery.
