  • Mark has a relaxed teaching style and really engages the group. We enjoyed the day, learned a lot and will definitely book another course. Jesus College is a lovely venue and the lunch was very good.  more »

  • I attended Cambridgeshire Wine school to complete the WSET level 3 wine course earlier this year. I was looking for the next level of understanding of wine and the course has equipped me with a lot more confidence. Mark is an enthusiastic teacher and guided us through the process of preparing for the practical tasting part of the course. A lot of the theory on the course has to be studied independently outside of teaching time but the classes were extremely helpful in fully understanding every aspect of the course’s theory as well as providing an opportunity to ask questions and to practice for the written exam questions. When it came to exam time, I felt well prepared. I would recommend the course and Mark as a teacher however do make sure that you also have time to complete the recommended independent study as well as attending the classes to really get the best out of the course and to be well prepared to pass the exam.
  • Would definitely recommend the cheese and wine pairing evening. It was good fun as well as informative. Mark was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
