City Sightseeing Bournemouth is a fantastic way for visitors to get their bearings in the area, experience our beautiful, dramatic coastline whilst learning some fascinating facts about this spectacular part of the South Coast via open top bus.

The 2018 service will run from the 24th March until the 30th September, departing every hour from Bournemouth Pier between 9am and 5pm, providing stunning views and a lively commentary.

Poole Quay

Tickets are valid for 24 hours so you can hop on and off the bus at your leisure. Bus and boat combination tickets are also available, with the bus connecting with City Cruises boats servicing Poole Harbour and Swanage. Our 24 hour bus & boat ticket gives you unlimited travel on the boats for both journeys (Poole Harbour Cruise and the Jurassic Coast Cruise heading to Swanage.

Tickets can be purchased directly from the driver or in advance from the tourist information centre, our pavement sellers or online.

Under 16 - £6

Family (2 adults and up to 3 children) - £30

Under 5s travel free.

24 hour bus and boat ticket:

Adults - £19.50

Over 60 / Students - £17.50

Under 16 - £10

Family (2 adults and up to 3 children) - £49

  • Great way to see the area but we were disappointed with the age and standard of the buses. The seats were very tatty and looked dirty. We have used city buses in other countries and these buses were deffinetly not up to scratch. Having Said that the service was good.
