  • This is one of my favourite birding venues, it a good couple of hours drive from my home, but it’s well worth it, the site as a choice of routes you can take, each one giving a different habitat for.....  more »
  • We had a great days birdwatching here. Saw large flocks of Brent geese and golden plover. It was very windy but the visitor centre was welcoming with some tasty snacks. I would strongly recommend!  more »

  • Fantastic afternoon out. First big walk for our furry friend. A great spot for bird lovers judging by the never of people we saw with their lenses out. But even as a non bird enthusiast we enjoy a couple hours roaming the marshland between the cows. A real gem.
  • A fantastic reserve with a very helpful team. We signed up for the walk with a warden, and despite the 6.00 am start had a fantastic 5 hours on a walk joining the warden on his monthly bird count. Toby was fantastic helping us not just with our wader ID''s but also very informative on the development and management of the site. Great value and a fantastic experience that i would recommend to any level of birder.
