  • Had a wonderful 40 mins here in the small but well filled museum. Bearing in mind the charges at Battle Abbey, we learned so much about the battle and local area throughout history. Really...  more »
  • Set back from the main road this is a museum which naturally concentrates on the Battle of Hastings.No artefacts but a thorough explanation of the battle.Worth a visit  more »
  • Absolute gem, lovely people, very knowledgeable and approachable. Anyone visiting the area should pop in for a beautifully displayed, potted history of the area, not just the famous battle that took place here. There are small pretty gardens to sit and wander round.
  • Great little place! Packed full of information. Nicely set out. Run by lovely volunteers. Free entry, donations can be made on site. Well worth a visit.
