  • The Kaffe Fassett's exhibition of quilts exceptional. The scope and designs are not to be missed - can't say I'd ever thought too much about quilts before - but that was then.  more »

  • Lovely museum showing the transformation of the continent from the early settlers through to today. There are many helpful knowledgeable guides around the displays who are happy to give additional information. Arranged over three floors of the old Claverton Manor it is fully wheelchair accessible (with a lift between floors). In the Exhibition Gallery there is a wonderful display of original quilts along with some modern ones inspired by them (runs throughout 2019). The gardens are also well tended with many of the paths wheelchair accessible.
  • Well worth a day trip. Extensive collection and the grounds are lovely.
