  • This is one of the most beautiful and interesting cathedrals I have visited. Although set high on a hill there is a road up to the cathedral which makes access easy for those who cannot make the steep climb up the steps at the front. Well worth a visit.
  • Fantastic Roman Catholic cathedral if you like Gothic, ornate religious architecture which I do not like but can appreciate! Lacks sufficient historical explanation. As with all these cathedrals impossible to pray in if you are a believer. Make sure to visit the Church of Ireland Normanesque cathedral for a better cultural and religious experience where you can definitely also pray!
