Local history galore and a great wee chess set which my kids had a quick game of- made of painted stones! Some lovely local produce in the shop too. more »

We popped in as I spotted a sign saying homemade tablet and jam was for sale! Very pleased we did as the lovely gentleman who greeted us- Henrik, really brought the history of the area to life . He also let us bring our little spaniel, Skye in to visit which we were grateful for as we didn't want to leave her in the car as it was a warm day. A lovely place to stop off at and we learned a lot on local places to visit .
