    The hotel and spa look pretty nice. BUT: the service is not good enough. 1. When we entered the room for the first time the floor was dirty 2. The prices in your room bar many may vary from those real. And that's just your fault you didn't know that ☺️ 3. Restaurant may not have some ingredients from your breakfast. Noone will tell you that and will not offer anything instead. 4. The waiter may just forget you ordered green tea and bring you black one. You may also see that the menus are dirty and have have parts of food on its pages. So what we thought would be a great rest turned out to be a great disappointment. We will definitely not come here again.
