  • The medina is small, very (too) clean, like a museum, it would be nice if the merchants were not so aggressive favor the Nabeul market

  • it is interesting and worth a look, some of what they sell is tat but worth a barter. the shop owners are a bit pushy and they try to take you to other family members shops but just say no and they do...  more »

  • Lots of shops need to savvy with how the locals sell. Don't give in to them or feel bad just say no when it's a no. Don't buy out of guilt. Some of them have decent wares but their approach can put you off.
  • Worth a visit, but boy is it hard work. Avoid it if at all a timid kind of person. You'll be skint in no time
