Istanbul, Turkey to Tallinn is an approximately 7-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and ferry; or drive. The time zone difference moving from Eastern European Time to Eastern European Time is minus 1 hour. Traveling from Istanbul in August, things will get slightly colder in Tallinn: highs are around 24°C and lows about 13°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 12th (Mon) to allow enough time to travel to Riga.

Traveling by flight from Tallinn to Riga takes 3 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. In August in Riga, expect temperatures between 26°C during the day and 16°C at night. Cap off your sightseeing on the 14th (Wed) early enough to travel to Klaipeda.
