Llangollen is a small town and community in Denbighshire, north-east Wales, situated on the River Dee and on the edge of the Berwyn mountains. Do some cultural sightseeing at Ruthin Gaol and Valle Crucis Abbey. Step off the beaten path and head to Falconry Experience Wales and Castell Dinas Bran. Get out of town with these interesting Llangollen side-trips: Lake Vyrnwy (in Llanwddyn) and River Rafting & Tubing (in Bala). It doesn't end there: take in the views from Llangollen Bridge and look for gifts at Harley's Vintage Boutique.
