Mumbai to Manali is an approximately 7-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of train, bus, and taxi. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 16th (Sat) early enough to drive to Shimla.

The city of Shimla spreads out across a ridge, offering views of Himalayan scenery all around.
On the 17th (Sun), walk around Daulat Singh Park, then make a trip to The Mall, then take in the spiritual surroundings of Kali Bari Temple, and finally deepen your understanding at Gaiety Heritage Cultural Complex. Keep things going the next day: take in the spiritual surroundings of Jakhu Temple, then take your sightseeing to a higher altitude at Kufri Fun World, and then walk around Annandale Ground.

Traveling by car from Manali to Shimla takes 4.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus. Finish your sightseeing early on the 18th (Mon) to allow enough time to drive to Dharamsala.
