Miracle City

The capital city of Quindio Department, Armenia was founded in 1889 by Jesus Maria Ocampo as he sought a hideout in the Quindio mountains.
Start off your visit on the 21st (Wed): head outdoors with Canopy Los Caracolies, then pause for some serene contemplation at Iglesa de Armenia, and then pause for some serene contemplation at Catedral la Inmaculada Concepcion. On the 22nd (Thu), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: get engrossed in the history at Museo del Oro Quimbaya, then experience rural life at El Recuerdo Finca Cafetera Tradicional, then view the masterpieces at Region Paisaje / Landscape Region, and finally get outside with Outdoor Activities.
