A city of rich Moorish heritage, Seville is the cultural and financial center of southern Spain, and the site of numerous festivals throughout the year.
On the 15th (Tue), don't miss a visit to Plaza de España, then don't miss a visit to Torre del Oro, then contemplate the long history of Royal Alcázar of Seville, and finally don't miss a visit to Setas de Sevilla (Metropol Parasol). On the 16th (Wed), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: wander the streets of Barrio Santa Cruz, then admire the striking features of Plaza de Santa Marta, then take in the architecture and atmosphere at Catedral de Sevilla, and finally admire the natural beauty at Parque de Maria Luisa.

On the 18th (Fri), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: get engrossed in the history at Palacio de Viana, take an in-depth tour of Calahorra Tower, then contemplate the long history of Alcazar de los Reyes Cristianos, and finally let your taste buds guide you at a local gastronomic tour.

Traveling by train from Seville to Cordoba takes 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. Traveling from Seville in September, expect nights in Cordoba to be about the same, around 19°C, while days are a bit warmer, around 38°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 19th (Sat) early enough to drive to Granada.

When traveling from Cordoba in September, plan for a bit cooler days in Granada, with highs around 32°C, while nights are about the same with lows around 17°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 21st (Mon) so you can go by car to Malaga.
