Home to a world-famous beach serving as a protected nesting ground for endangered loggerhead sea turtles, Kalamaki sits on the southeastern coastline of Zakynthos.
Get out of town with these interesting Kalamaki side-trips: Navagio Beach (Shipwreck Beach) (in Anafonitria), Blue Caves (in Korithi) and Therianos Family Farm (in Kallithea). There's lots more to do: get some thrills on the water with a speed boat tour, kick back and relax at Gerakas Beach, cool off at Tsilivi Waterpark, and stroll through Laganas Beach.
