Settle

— 7 nights
Settle is a small market town and civil parish in the Craven district of North Yorkshire, England. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Settle: Hawes (Stacey Moore Art Gallery, Hardraw Force, &more), Buttertubs Pass (in Muker) and St Ostwalds Church (in Askrigg). There's lots more to do: hike along Ingleborough, admire the sheer force of Aysgarth Falls, explore the fascinating underground world of White Scar Cave, and make a trip to Norber Erratics.

To find photos, where to stay, ratings, and other tourist information, go to the Settle trip itinerary tool.

Linton to Settle is an approximately 4-hour car ride. Prepare for a bit cooler weather when traveling from Linton in August: high temperatures in Settle hover around 21°C and lows are around 13°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 8th (Sun) early enough to travel back home.
