Home to one of the largest ski areas in North America, former logging town of Whistler provides activities and entertainment for avid nature lovers and adrenaline seekers.
Escape the urban bustle at Brandywine Falls Provincial Park and Whistler Valley Trail. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at The Whistler Train Wreck Trail and Nairn Falls Provincial Park. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Whistler: Squamish (Nature & Wildlife Tours & Lake Lovely Water). Hollywood North

Known as "Hollywood North," Vancouver boasts one of the largest film/television industries in the world, second only to Los Angeles and New York.
Kick off your visit on the 5th (Fri): contemplate the long history of Deep Cove, then don't miss a visit to International Buddhist Society (Buddhist Temple), then steep yourself in history at Gulf of Georgia Cannery National Historic Site, and finally enjoy the sand and surf at Kitsilano Beach. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: kick back and relax at Spanish Banks, tour the pleasant surroundings at English Bay Beach, then admire the landmark architecture of Bloedel Conservatory, and finally take in the spiritual surroundings of Cathedral of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary.
