Finish up your sightseeing early on the 21st (Sat) so you can go by car to Port Arthur.

Overlooking one of Tasmania's most scenic strips of coastline and serving as the gateway to Freycinet National Park, Coles Bay is home to just 500 permanent residents.
Kick off your visit on the 23rd (Mon): stop by Freycinet Marine Farm, then trek along Wineglass Bay Lookout, and then get up close to creatures of the deep with a dolphin and whale watching tour.

On the 24th (Tue), look for all kinds of wild species at Cataract Gorge Reserve, snap pictures at Alexandra Suspension Bridge, then admire the verdant scenery at The Tamar Valley, and finally walk around City Park. On the next day, look for gifts at Honey Tasmania - The Beehive, do a tasting at Holm Oak Vineyards, get engrossed in the history at Beaconsfield Mine & Heritage Centre, then look for all kinds of wild species at Platypus House, then meet the residents at Seahorse World, and finally get great views at Mt George Lookout.
