As one of the anchoring cities of the beautiful Basque Country, San Sebastián boasts a trendy, cosmopolitan vibe while still harboring a relaxed, coastal charm.
Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Fishing Charters & Tours and Castillo de la Mota. Change things up with a short trip to Iglesia de San Salvador in Getaria (about 34 minutes away). There's lots more to do: enjoy the sand and surf at La Concha Beach, take in the awesome beauty at Monte Urgull, head off the coast to Santa Clara Island, and walk around Cristina Enea parkea.
