Ishigaki, the most populous island in the chain, features the country's southernmost city and acts as a transport hub for exploring the landmasses that surround.
On the 14th (Sat), enjoy the sand and surf at Yonehara Beach, explore the activities along Kabira Bay, then enjoy breathtaking views from Maesedake Observation Site, and finally appreciate the history behind Yoko Gushiken Monument. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: glide peacefully along the water with some of the best stand-up paddleboarding in the area, enjoy breathtaking views from Tamatorizaki Observatory, and then get outside with Cape Hirakubozaki.

Singapore, Singapore to Ishigaki is an approximately 11-hour flight. The time zone changes from Singapore Time to Japan Standard Time, which is usually a 1 hour difference. Plan for slightly colder temperatures traveling from Singapore in November, with highs in Ishigaki at 31°C and lows at 25°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 15th (Sun) so you can travel to Miyakojima.

A city jurisdiction formed after the merger of several towns in 2005, Miyakojima spans six linked-up islands.
On the 16th (Mon), don't miss a visit to Boraga Limestone Cave, then stroll through Sunayama Beach, then take in the views from Irabu Ohashi, and finally tour the pleasant surroundings at Yonaha Maehama Beach.

Traveling by flight from Ishigaki to Miyakojima takes 2 hours. In November, plan for daily highs up to 30°C, and evening lows to 24°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 16th (Mon) so you can travel to Motobu-cho.

Formed by the gradual merging of several old fishing villages, today the island town of Motobu-cho boasts paradisal beaches of white sand, clear waters, and a rich array of wildlife.
On the 17th (Tue), don't miss a visit to Kouri Ohashi, kick back and relax at Akabaka Beach, then get up close and personal with brilliant marine life at Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, and finally meet the residents at Okichan Theater. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 18th (Wed): stroll around Okinawa Memorial Park Ocean Expo Park, experience rural life at Aiai Farm, and then see some colorful creatures with a scuba or snorkeling tour.

Traveling by combination of flight and bus from Miyakojima to Motobu-cho takes 4.5 hours. Traveling from Miyakojima in November, Motobu-cho is slightly colder at night with lows of 20°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 18th (Wed) early enough to take a bus to Naha.

Naha, the capital of Okinawa, has deep roots: Stone Age relics have been found in the city, and through the Middle Ages it rose in importance in the Ryukyu Kingdom.
Start off your visit on the 19th (Thu): don't miss a visit to Kokusaidori, explore the historical opulence of Shurijo Castle, see the interesting displays at Haebaru Town Museum, then steep yourself in history at Sefa-Utaki, and finally go for a walk through Cape Manzamo. On your second day here, get outside with Outdoor Activities and then examine the collection at Okinawa Prefecture Karate Museum.

Traveling by bus from Motobu-cho to Naha takes 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or ride a ferry. Traveling from Motobu-cho in November, you can expect nighttime temperatures to be a bit warmer in Naha, with lows of 24°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 20th (Fri) to allow time to travel back home.
