Step out of Akureyri to go to Reykjahlid and see Grjotagja Cave, which is approximately 1h 10 min away. Next up on the itinerary: admire the sheer force of Goðafoss Waterfall, stroll through Krafla Lava Fields, take in the awesome beauty at Mt. Namafjall (Namaskard), and explore the striking landscape at Hverir.
