Albuquerque

— 3 nights

Duke City

Albuquerque remains one of the state's secret jewels, as its tourist attractions are often overshadowed by the more popular holiday destination of Santa Fe.
Canyon Road and Loretto Chapel are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Let the collections at Georgia O'Keeffe Museum and Indian Pueblo Cultural Center capture your imagination. When in Albuquerque, make a side trip to see The Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi in Santa Fe, approximately Santa Fe away. And it doesn't end there: appreciate the extensive heritage of Albuquerque Old Town, take in the spiritual surroundings of San Felipe de Neri Church, stroll through Petroglyph National Monument, and have fun and explore at Explora Science Center and Children's Museum of Albuquerque.
