Bolzano to Rome is an approximately 4.5-hour train ride. You can also do a combination of bus and flight; or drive. Traveling from Bolzano in January, expect Rome to be somewhat warmer, temps between 15°C and 4°C. On the 25th (Sat), wrap the sightseeing up by early afternoon so you can drive to Latina.

Latina is the capital of the province of Latina in the Lazio region, in central Italy., the city has 115,895 inhabitants and is thus the second-largest city of the region, after the national capital Rome. Explore Latina's surroundings by going to Sabaudia (Torre Littoria - architettura di regime & Spiaggia di Torre Paola) and Sanctuary of Giove Anxur (in Terracina). There's still lots to do: head off the coast to Palmarola, Head underground at Caves of Pastena, explore the activities along Lago di Fogliano, and appreciate the extensive heritage of Borgo di Fogliano.
