Known for its wide range of restaurants and traditional pubs, Kenmare sits along two major Irish tourist routes, the Ring of Kerry and the Ring of Beara.
Step out of the city life by going to Slea Head Drive and Gleninchaquin Park. Explore Kenmare's surroundings by going to Glengarriff (Garinish Island & Beara Way), Gougane Barra National Forest Park (in Gougane Barra) and Healy Pass (in Adrigole). Spend a day of island exploring on the 24th (Tue) at Skellig Michael. The adventure continues: appreciate the extensive heritage of Molly Gallivan's Cottage & Traditional Farm, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at St. Patrick's Church, tour the pleasant surroundings at Inchydoney Beach, and play a few rounds at Kenmare Golf Club.

In September, daytime highs in Kenmare are 20°C, while nighttime lows are 13°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 30th (Mon) to allow enough time to travel back home.
