Islamabad, Pakistan to Nur-Sultan is an approximately 13.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of taxi and flight. The time zone changes from Pakistan Time (PKT) to Alma-Ata Time (ALMT), which is usually a 1 hour difference. Traveling from Islamabad in August, things will get slightly colder in Nur-Sultan: highs are around 30°C and lows about 15°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 6th (Tue) to allow time to drive to Borovoe.

Traveling from Borovoe in August, expect little chillier with lows of 9°C in Karaganda. Cap off your sightseeing on the 8th (Thu) early enough to travel to Almaty.

You can do a combination of flight and bus from Karaganda to Almaty in 4 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a train.
