Kick off your visit on the 8th (Mon): tour the pleasant surroundings at Drummindoo Stud. On the 10th (Wed), tee off at Mount Juliet Estate, steep yourself in history at Rothe House and Garden, then walk around Kilkenny Castle, and finally get outside with Go With The Flow - River Adventures.
