Getting from Dharamsala to Shimla by car takes about 5 hours. Other options: do a combination of taxi and bus; or take a bus. In December in Shimla, expect temperatures between 25°C during the day and 17°C at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 8th (Tue) to allow enough time to drive to Manali.

People visit Manali for a number of reasons, but all of them revolve around the landscape.
Popular historic sites such as Hidimba Devi Temple and Manu Temple are in your itinerary. Get outdoors at Solang Valley and Jogini Waterfall. Step out of Manali to go to Naggar and see Naggar Castle, which is approximately 52 minutes away. The adventure continues: take in the spiritual surroundings of Gurudwara Shri Manikaran Sahib, examine the collection at Museum of Himachal Culture & Folk Art, witness a stunning natural landmark at Vashisht Baths, and relax and rejuvenate at Pure Ganga Yoga.
