Bournemouth is a large coastal resort town on the south coast of England directly to the east of the Jurassic Coast, a 155km World Heritage Site. On the 29th (Sun), steep yourself in history at Kingston Lacy, pause for some serene contemplation at Winchester Cathedral, and then stroll through Hengistbury Head Beach. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: appreciate the extensive heritage of Model Village Gardens & Cafe, learn about all things military at The Tank Museum, and then explore the historical opulence of Corfe Castle.
