More than just a convenient resting place for travelers on their way to the national park encompassing the Front Range of the Rockies, Estes Park is a popular place to visit in its own right.
Appreciate the collections at Mountain Blown Glass and Images of Rocky Mountain National Park. Get out of town with these interesting Estes Park side-trips: New Belgium Brewing Company (in Fort Collins), Benson Park Sculpture Garden (in Loveland) and Winter Park Resort (in Winter Park). There's still lots to do: relax and rejuvenate at some of the best spas.

To find more things to do, other places to visit, and tourist information, refer to the Estes Park day trip planning site.
