The first Ottoman capital and a World Heritage Site, Bursa is known as "The Royal Springs" for its famous hot mineral waters--though it offers much more than your typical spa destination.

Muscat, Oman to Bursa is an approximately 9-hour flight. The time zone changes from Gulf Standard Time (GST) to Turkey Time (TRT), which is usually a -1 hour difference. Traveling from Muscat in April, expect Bursa to be much colder, temps between 21°C and 10°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 18th (Sat) so you can drive to Istanbul.
