You'll find plenty of places to visit near L'Aquila: Rocca Calascio (in Calascio), Santo Stefano di Sessanio (in Santo Stefano di Sessanio) and Museo Archeologico Nazionale di Campli (in Campli). Pescara is the capital city of the Province of Pescara, in the Abruzzo region of Italy. On the 27th (Thu), identify plant and animal life at Riserva Naturale Statale Valle dell'Orfento and then kick back and relax at Riserva Naturale di Punta Aderci. On your second day here, get outside with Il Bosso, then make a trip to Tortoreto Lido, and then snap pictures at Ponte del Mare.
