Fly from Ho Chi Minh City to Hue in 3.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a train. Prepare for a bit cooler weather when traveling from Ho Chi Minh City in March: high temperatures in Hue hover around 32°C and lows are around 24°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 4th (Thu) so you can go by car to Hoi An.
