The gateway to Utah's popular canyon country, Moab sits engulfed in the middle of desert wilderness.Kick off your visit on the 3rd (Wed): take in the awesome beauty at Arches National Park. Known globally as the home of the country's largest independent film festival, Park City finds its roots as an old silver boomtown located on the slopes of the Wasatch Mountains, part of the Rocky Mountains.On the 5th (Fri), hit the slopes at Backcountry Snowmobiling, then head outdoors with North Forty Escapes, and then view the masterpieces at David Beavis Fine Art. Keep things going the next day: fly down the slopes at Park City Mountain Resort, fly down the slopes at Ski Butlers Park City, then fly down the slopes at Deer Valley Resort, and finally shop like a local with Fatali Gallery.

You can drive from Moab to Park City in 5.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of car and flight; or do a combination of car, train, and taxi. Prepare for slightly colder weather when traveling from Moab in March: high temperatures in Park City hover around 14°C and lows are around -4°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 7th (Sun) to allow time to travel back home.
