Unreservedly dedicated to tourism, Kusadasi sits on the Aegean coastline and acts as a gateway to the ancient city of Ephesus, one of the country's major Greco-Roman archaeological sites.
Step out of Kusadasi to go to Selcuk and see Meryemana (The Virgin Mary's House), which is approximately 32 minutes away. There's lots more to do: delve into the distant past at Ancient City of Ephesus, see the interesting displays at Camlik Locomotive Museum, stop by La Tulip Art Gallery, and take in the spiritual surroundings of Isa Bey Mosque.
