Garden of France

Famous for its original medieval district, Tours is famous for its cafes that serve regional wines and interesting architectural bridges crossing the river Loire.
Step out of the city life by going to Lac des Bretonnieres and Lac de Maine. Discover out-of-the-way places like Cloister of la Psalette and Prieure Saint-Cosme - Demeure de Ronsard. Venture out of the city with trips to Angers (Cale de la Savatte & Maison d'Adam). There's much more to do: buy something for everyone on your list at Les Halles, walk around Parc Mirabeau, appreciate the extensive heritage of Place Jean Jaures, and take an in-depth tour of Hotel Gouin.
