Seoul

— 6 nights
One of east Asia's major cultural and financial centers, Seoul boasts five World Heritage Sites and a huge selection of museums, temples, shrines, palaces, parks, gardens, and glass-and-steel skyscrapers.
Gyeongbokgung Palace and Myeongdong Shopping Street are good opportunities to explore the local culture. For shopping fun, head to Namdaemun Market or Creative Life Store KEY. Explore the numerous day-trip ideas around Seoul: Starfield Goyang (in Goyang), DMZ Haemaru Village (in Paju) and Hwaseong Fortress (in Suwon). There's still lots to do: admire the natural beauty at Changdeokgung Palace, wander the streets of Bukchon Hanok Village, stroll around Namsan Park, and make a trip to Jongmyo Shrine.
