Biella is a town and comune in the northern Italian region of Piedmont, the capital of the province of the same name, with a population of 44 616. It is located about 80km northeast of Turin and about 80km west-northwest of Milan.It lies in the foothills of the Alps, in the Bo mountain range near Mt.
