Hexham is a market town and civil parish in Northumberland, England, south of the River Tyne, and was the administrative centre for the Tynedale district from 1974 to 2009. On the 20th (Fri), look for all kinds of wild species at Falconry Days, contemplate the long history of Housesteads Roman Fort - Hadrian's Wall, then get engrossed in the history at Vindolanda, and finally get outside with Walltown Crags - Hadrian's Wall.
